Can I reveal consumer information?

After being ripped off more times than I'd like to admit, I want to start a database type site where instead of CONSUMERS reading reviews about businesses, businesses can look up potentially shady CONSUMERS.

For a business to submit info, they would have to include
    the name
    and address
    perhaps email.

Can I legally do this? I have 10 pages of customers I KNOW none of you want buying from you. Consumers are taking full advantage of chargebacks with PayPal KNOWING they can win.

It depends upon each companies privacy policy. Many companies put a clause in their privacy policy that allows them to spill the beans Once they are not a current customer. So try it, it might just fly!

What you want to do is legal. However, you should be concerned about defamation issues.

There is already such a system online; Its called:

    http://www.ripoffreport.com

Even ripoffreport rips people off by taking "bribes" to get your report removed....hahah...

    what a justice system....

Thats like paying a judge to loose all the paperwork on the guy that you reported....
