resell rights means you want to sell multiple copies - which you certainly can't do. If you are talking about selling your entire rights to one copy, then you should write and ask them. I think they register the software to your computer, so they would have to change that to the new buyer in order for it to work.
ok thanks, i just wanted to know about resell rights i guess though if it did have resell rights it simply wouldnt be worth anything as people end up selling stuff with resell rights for $2
