If a site has a "RSS feed" button/facility,I know the site permits me to read new contents,USING A READER.

    My question is this.
Am I permitted to REPUBLISH new contents AS THEY ARE with AUTHOR/SOURCE LINK ETC. without contacting the site for grant of republishing?

Some sites clearly state it is ok,but other site does not say in this regard.
Recently I contacted a site as the site has RSS without explicit republishing statement.
The site emailed me,saying it is ok.

Unless the website gives you permission, you have no right to republish their content from their RSS feed. If the permission is not set forth in the website's terms and conditions, you need to get permission directly from the site's owner.

    Thank you for your reply.
I will keep contacting webmasters AS USUAL to seek the permission if terms and conditions/copyright are missing from sites or do not explicitly state the permission.
