can i register with the same banned name?

i was have account on adsense the i banned becouse of un legal clicks

then i register with my mother name and new site

can i change the name to my name or i will ban?

note : i recive the payment by check and i change my bank account and open another account i another bank

Sounds like you are simply trying to cheat Google. If G has banned you it is for a reason. Now just use the new account carefully and start a clean life. Don't get that poor lady banned too - she probably has no clue what you are doing.

 

Once you are banned from Google Adsense it is for life. You'll need to find another contexual publisher program to sign-up with. Sorry.

hmm i hav also been banned but i hav applied again wid the same name and address the login id is different so i hav to js wait and it is not wrong trying
