can i register trademark domains? why scare peoples using .co.uk domains ?

i have two questions:

My First Question is. Can i register Trademark Domain like facebook.(any tld, if available)

My Second Question: Why Peoples Scare for Register .co.uk Domains ? if i am break any rules like "Anonymous Registration" "warez products use on .co.uk"

then i need to go to US Court ??

 

First question: Read the thousand other posts on the legal forum about trademarks to get your answer.

Second Question: Anonymous Registration, isn't going to protect you when it comes to legal matters. They would likely sue you where you live.

 

You can register it but you will be getting a letter and a few calls from their lawyers. If you have to ask if its illegal, then it probably is.

You sound like you are trying to scam someone.
