Yes, I believe you can, if you register with SEDO you'd have to point the DNS to SEDO if you want to park it there, but GoDaddy has that service also. Today, most of the big domain sellers are connected, so they all know what's for sale and available. They also both can sell your domains. What I find a problem about SEDO, is you can't list domains in their auction until it has received an initial offer through your domain listed with them. If it never gets an offer, you can't list it in their marketplace auctions.

yes, Godaddy is a good choice for domain flipping because many domainers use it and the sales are easy ia domain pushes, also the pricing (with coupons) is the best in the industry

Yes, you can register at GoDaddy and list the domain for sale on Sedo. However, one of the people who replied above is mistaken. You are not required to point the nameservers at Sedo in order to park your domain there. Doing so could theoretically lead to offers on your domain through Sedo if people find the parked page. But this would only happen if people are searching for your domain name -- which they probably are not.

The odds are 10,000 to 1 that your domain will not sell. Keep that in mind.

ImageAuthors, It depends if the OP wants to sell it through Sedo's Marketplace or GoDaddy auctions. I think he means register the domain with GoDaddy and sell it through Sedo's Marketplace. You don't HAVE to park it with Sedo to sell with them, but if you do, they won't charge you the minimum $50 commission and charge 10% of the sale price instead (If your sale listing is BIN).
