    is it possible, can i refund from my indian paypal account not verified with credit card?

    i have an account and want to refund the money from a paypal account that is not verifed with credit card but withindian bank account....

    You can send money using valid CC only from indian paypal account (not from indian bank account).

    If you have that money still in your PP or have PP balance more than the refund amount then you should be able to. Why don't you just give it a try.
    Although to send money you will need to have a CC.

    If your account is not verified then you can't refund your money via credit card.
