can i refresh my own page

    Can I refresh my own website which has Adsense ads on it..
    Do it come under illegal page Impression..

    I have this same question... If i'm working on my website I'll usually refresh my screen to view changes. Does Google really care about this?

    Hi,
    Sure you can, just don't click the ads.

    Adsense are not stupid, they know that webmasters will refresh as it's a part of the building.

    They have enough systems to know and not consider it as a page view.

    Coz I saw their TOS saying Illegal Impressions is Void and and may result to removal from the program

    It shouldn't make any difference as long as you're not clicking on your own ads. I do believe that "invalid impressions" are the ones that would come from a surf exchange or some other sort of bulk traffic generation scheme like buying traffic on eBay, etc..
