as far as i know US adsense accounts can receive their earnings to their U.S Bank account or Checks sent to their address . As fo NON RESIDENTS seems only checks payments available for them . I'm not sure but i do not see any other option in my adsense profile to send payments .

The problem that the check takes about 3 weeks to arrive to my address . Also My Bank ( HSBC ) cash my checks within 6 weeks .. !!!

I want to know if there is other way to receive payments from Adsense for Non Residents ..

Also I want to know if there is international finance institution / bank who may cash CHECKS fast with reasonable commission ..

If adsense provides EFT in your country then you can use it to directly deposit to your bank account.

You can see the list of countries were EFT is supported: google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=15827

Unfortunatly for you it seems like Bahrain is not on that list so that the only "choice" for you is the regular cheque.
