Hello everyone, Yesterday, I was use my epassporte's virtual visa to pay for some product. But they need me scan my Visa card. And I cannot do complete their request since I use virtual visa. They notice me they will refund the funds I paid them for me. But the onlything make me worried is they will send the refund direct to my EPASSPORTE VIRTUAL VISA ( not epassporte account ). Never heard something like that before so I has some confuse. Because how they can send money ( $xxx ) >>> MY EPASSPORTE VIRTUAL VISA >>> will Epassporte can record such payment type and post $xxx to my account since they aren't real bank ( If I right ) ? Everyone who know please help me so solve this
When you purchase something over the internet with an epassporte Virtual Visa, you are effectively making a debit/credit card purchase via VISA. When they refund you, it would be via VISA too. The only way you can pay or get paid via epassporte balance is that the other party also has an epassporte account. In the end, however they refund you, the epassporte balance would reflect the refunded amount.
How can they refund me when they dont know my epassporte account ? They just now my billing address and my virtual visa card infomation ?
When you use your epassporte account to buy online, it would be treated just like any credit card used for online purchases since I am sure you enter your name, your address, virtual visa number and expiry date. When they refund, epassporte would link the number of your virtual visa and deposit the refund to your epassporte account. Outside of epassporte, your virtual visa would look just like any other visa card. Your billing address and virtual visa card information and the approval code from visa would be enough to link the payment back to you.
