CAN I RECEIVE MONEY in My PayPal FROM NON INDIAN PayPal Account ?

Hi, I am an Indian. I have a PayPal personal verified account since 5 year. Now I am too worried by PayPal issue. I previously told in another thread that I am work with: AdultAdWorld, Clicksor, PayPopup, Adonion, Adtoll, Etology such numerous advertising agency. I am a publisher.

My Question is: CAN I RECEIVE personal payment in my Indian PayPal account FROM NON INDIAN PayPal Account ?
My Question is with reference with the following post.

Please reply. This is critical issue in my online business.

Personals payment are suspended for indians now.

 

you can receive those payments now as they are mass payments.

or you can create on premiere account too to get money from those ads network as they send as mass payment

 

Nope you can't receive personal payments in an Indian account...Due to alot use of personal payment in Indian sector paypal has forbidden the personal payments...

 

AdultAdWorld, Clicksor, PayPopup, Adonion, Adtoll, Etology -- All such network pays using Mass pay feature and they pay their fees to paypal ..

Such payments are not considered as personal payment as the payee pays teh necessary fees and Receiver does not pay any fees, you can still receive such payments, In fact I have received such payment from Guru and elance in last one week without any reversal and no fees was charged (as usual)

 

Currently they have disabled this feature for Indian accounts.

 

Really? What a stupid rule. God bless , we don't have this kind of problem.

 

Yesterday I got payment from Adonion & Adtoll. I am worried if they are reversed !!

 

i got payments from namedrive , mediashakers and they not reversed so no need to worry

 

Will the situation remain same after 10 March 2010. Will I receive Mass Payment in my personal account?

 

There is no problem regarding mass payments now..

 

Well you can not receive personal payments in your PayPal account as after all this mess PayPal has suspended personal payments to and from Indian PayPal accounts. But yes you can get mass payments in your account without any hassle.

Thanks for the confirmation. Can you please tell me where PayPal define mass payment & personal payment.

 

Ideally, personal payments are transactions between family and friends while mass payments are transactions undertaken by affiliates to pay their members.

Mass payments are considered business deals and the fees is paid to Paypal by the sender (affiliates) themselves.
