Can I receive Money from people to my Unverified Paypal Premier Account of INDIA ?

    I created a Premier Account, It is Unverified account .
    I want to take some time to verify it,anyhow is it possible to receive my money if anyone sent me few dollars.
    Because I do Seo services. And I heard that transactions are not possible between two Indian accounts.
    If at all any Indian took a service from me & if he pays from his paypal,does it reach me or not !

    Note : I am not requesting money from anyone thru email : because I know this option is not available for unverified account.
    Only thing is - People will send me money before I send them My Work. Is it possible for unverified account...!:confused:

    You can't receive any money from other indian paypal account. You can receive money from non-indian paypal account to your paypal account.

    An Indian cannot remit money to another Indian through Paypal... verified or unverified.

    India to Indian doubt is cleared .
    What am i saying is - So i can get money from non-indian paypal account to my unverified paypal indian account.
    I think DON answer says that its possible !!!!

    This is sending limit but there is no any receiving limit IMO.

    You can use third-party services to send money to pay with Paypal, as he did xoom

    there will be some withdraw limit i think. so u land up in adding funds but not able to spend , withdraw so best is to verify
