I was previously frauded when buying Hosting on ebay from a member of digitalpoint(which I used to give +1 itrader)...and previously frauded on Alibaba.com...so my concerns are: 1. Can i receive the item in Albania - a country out of European Community? 2. If I don't receive the item, how can I get refunded? 3. What user should I buy from??
