Can I really verify my paypal using HDFC net safe card?

    Hi guys I m new at DP but some time ago I had read about Paypal verification on dp I m so confused :( pls tell me can I verify My paypal using hdfc net safe card if yes pls tell me how.:confused:

    Its easy if you have got a Debit card then you can do it easily. :D

    You can use your NetSafe card at PayPal to verify it.

    when i tried to verify via my debit card axis bank. it says like access denied and my bank is not accepting something like that

    You can use HDFC netsafe card to verify your paypal account. You can do that online. For that you need to have HDFC debit card/Bank account.

    u definitely cud. bt am not sure if u can do that after 16th dec as RBI has issued guidelines to indian banks that DC can be used only for VbV transactions.. and PP doesnot support VbV.. the only chance of getting PP verified by a DC is thru VCC.. and HDFC provides it.. just try to get hold of ur VCC thru NetSafe..

    now if after the guidelines of RBI.. the collaboration between DC and VCC ends, then a CC is the only option...

    my dear friends i have read somewhere RBI's new rule about VBV(verified by visa) so we can not verify paypal using net safe pls. someone explain.
