    hello experts,
i have an old domain that was registered about a year and a half. For the last 9 months the domain was used to host an Arabic language index for real state and cars.FROM about two months i realized that there is $$ here so i put it down (just deleted the source code from the host).
    the domain is "used4all.com"

it was getting about 200 uv/day from Google. I didn't promoted this web site at all so it has only very poor 9 external links on yahoo.
It has also an pr 1 for the home page (don't ask me from how come as i don't know).

Now i tired of registering new domain every time i get new idea and fight all the types of sand boxing you know for new domains.

I want to re-use this domain for my new English language medical blog(i am a dentist). i want to ask will this work??, is there something unusual i have to make?? also will i get any benefit from this or i only have to drop it and get a new domain.

answered based on past experiences will be great , thanks all

You should use a different domain. Changing niches is something that Google will know about and everybody and their brother tries to convert completely unrelated domains to a heath niche - it doesn't work. Why would you want to even use a domain with that name for a medical blog? Who would take it serious? Who would want to link to it? It screams "converted from an unrelated niche" - and the language change makes it a bigger red flag.

    thanks for the reply mjewel.
i am with you, i see a really big red flag.
i convert to health niche because i am a graduated dentist and this is what i know after many trials with many other niches.

I am trying to use this domain because it is old and i suffered a lot with my last new domain although i was offering a very high quality contents about dentistry which is my main job so i just trying to avoid sandbox and domain age factors.

so i don't know if i should try 3-4 good articles to see if it will work and if not i will drop the domain any way.
    what do you think??
