    Not sure about the price since there isn't a set one.. you have to be an advertiser to know.

    And yes you can place adsense video ads in your blog

    not place adsense video ads. To make it more meaningful, you can SERVE adsense video ads by using 336*280 or 300*250 ad format. There is no guarantee that video ads will appear on your site.
