Let's say i get money in my 2checkout or paypal account.

Can I get that money transferred to my Indian bank account in USD itself and not INR?

    Thanks,

If you have an account with 2Checkout you can apply for a Payoneer card, it's one of their payout options, then you can load your money into your Payoneer card and use it, and Payoneer have one another service, US Payment service (it's a USA bank account) you can withdraw your money from PayPal in it

This is something you would need to confirm with your bank (if they can offer USD as a currency). If not enabled / available, it'll always get converted.
