Can I put this label?

    Can I put this label above google adsense in my site:
    "Google Recommends"

    I'm really confused

    No need to put "Google Recommends", since Google already put "Ads By Google".

    nope you can't.. cause its like you are trying to attract users towards ads and thats against google policy. i would recommend don't do this or may be you will be banned.

    This is made fairly clear in the Policies. Since you were uncertain, you may wish to reread (or read for the first time) the TOS and Policies to make sure your website is compliant...and thus help you maintain a fruitful relationship with Adsense.
