No. Unless you're getting it from a website that specifically says the content is free to use (like Ezinearticles.com), and that content isn't plagiarized itself, it's plagiarism. You'll be breaking the law, risk having your website banned from Google, and even having a complaint laid against your ISP. Instead, ask the writer for permission to use his or her article, with a byline. Most will be flattered and agree, and you'll eliminate any risk of plagiarizing. Best of all, you could write your own content (or hire someone to write it so it's top-quality) and be completely safe... plus, Google loves original, fresh content.
