can I put my blog which consists adsense ads in click exchange sites like trafficera?

    one of my friend was saying that you should not put sites for rotation (not auto surf it's manual surfing site) that consists adsense.or u might be banned.

    is it true?? I know one of my friend was banned for using auto surfers. but traffic era is a manual surfing site. Please help me out.


    one more thing!!! these to blogs of mine. I want to know if there is any thing that violating bloggers/adsense TOS

    Don't do it - it is expressly against Adsense TOS.
