    Can I put meta tags into my blog website. I created a blog on blogger.com and I was wondering how I put meta tags in. Is it possible?

    yes it is possible go to sating option there you can find all the option like title description etc etc

    You can add description but you can't add keywords on blogger just like a site that have it's own domain name.

    Yes it is possible, use the settings tab in your blog and edit the meta tags just like a normal site. If you are using webpress then check out the SEO plugins, very effective and worth while.
