hi!!!! everybody i have one doubt about meta description can i put 3 dots in description between words of my new website
for example:

<meta name="description" content=" fdfsd sdfksjdf... we are thefd dfsdfs dfsdfsd sfsdf sdsfsdf dsf s" />

 

I think you can use dots in description.As it's description of website it can be anything.But you can't use in keywords tag because it has a fix pattren.

You are free to use any wild characters and numeric and alpha.

how many characters description should be??? sumone is telling 125 and sum one telling 150. which one is correct?

 

ya 150 characters is the best.
you know the reason is if you use 150 then google can easily display it in the results but about 125 it is not mandatory you have to use 125 it is foolish ideas. You can use any characters between 5 to 160 all are display and search engine friendly

 

Minimum 2 lines I think.You can use more than 2 lines but less than 2 lines isn't recommended.
