Can I put Image near adsense technique ?

    I have been browsing around.. and i noticed some websites put images near their google adsense. I want to do this same trick, my question is, can i do it without getting myself in trouble ?:D . Like in the screenprint below:

    you need a line between the pictures and the adsense: then it will be OK. In this case a white or grey line would probably do the trick.

    yeah, as this person said if you have a line between the ads and the images it's ok

    The terms say that there must a visible line between images and ads. But I cant find any visible line or seperator between them in many sites. So I could not understand until now what is legal and what is illegal.

    Google has began to get very stringent about images near ads - they have sent warnings and even banned a couple of DPers for using images so be careful.

    If google determines that the images are bringing attention to the AdSense ads you will be in trouble.

    Your example is against TOS for sure, you need border line between. But nowadays I don't believe it is worth to risk, adsense team should be very strict about images next to ads.

    the main point is not to make the pic/image as a part of the adsense. thei must look saperate.

    Even with a line, its still agaisnt TOS, please trust me on this one, I havea very close relationship with a Google representative, although i do use images they are not aligned with my ads and sutiable spacing is used and a lien, but I have still got a ver high CRT

    I have had several sites verfied, and have stored the e-mail always e-mail G

    Agreed. In fact, a couple days ago I just asked the adsense team if it's alright, and they said NO.
