Can I put Html pages in Wordpress?

I am trying to put Html pages in Wordpress but so far no success and where do I find out Html editor for wordpress.

Blogger is easy as they put html editor insitu.

WordPress has a built in editor.

 

It is not working for javascript html code. When I put javascript, I got problem.

Thank you. I've installed it. But now when I put test PHP script <?php echo "This is the Exec-PHP 'Hello World'"; ?> , it just disappears whenever I tried to save. I have no idea what is happening.
