Can I put adsense in this site?

I don't think it's an issue but you may not want to use a domain with the word "google" in it. While google may not enforce their trademark... you sure don't want to register a domain with "ebay" in it.

They threatened me with a law suit in less than 48hrs.

Your choice but be careful.

This is why after i bought 3 domain names with a big companies name in it i decided to not host anything and leave them there till the end of the year and not renew them :S

 

You're right - but not in this case

It's not his domain, just google's - it's page created by google page creator and it's hosted there, he just got a subdomain from google for his project.

Yes you are right

it onl matters when the subdomain itself contains the name "google"

ex : mygooglesubdomain.googlepages.com

so it doesn't affect him
