can i put adsense ad code in video download website ?

    I think you should be fine with video sites which has embedded videos. Not sure about providing download links to videos. Why don't you post this question on Google adsense help forum?

    Review their TOS dude. AFAIK, adsense is not allowed in a site that offers direct downloading.
