Can i put adsense above and below to submit button?

    As tittle say i want to know can i put adsense above and below to submit button ?i have lots of web directory and i want to put adsense over there...SO please guide me it is against the terms and condition of google ?

    Not very good idea. Creating accidental clicks is not allowed.

    But One Of My Friends Told Me google Want Every One To put there Adsense in that place where you can get maximum clicks...

    Yes you can! But do not Over lap ads into the submit button.

    No, it's not a good idea.
    You are not allowed to place your ads where there might be accidential clicks on them.
    You can place them near the submit button, but keep some distance so that there won't be any problems.
