    No you can't. It's not compatible and the size isn't same with the desktop's one.

    I have learned from a good IT friend that with some connectors and converters, you can use a laptop hard disk to be used for desktop. I guess the method is similar to portable and external hard drive. I am not sure how they do it but I am sure it is possible.

    The only way you can connect it with your pc is by using a USB connector for Laptop Hdd.

    If your laptop HDD connection is SATA, you can use it in your desktop pc...
