Can I purchase a .US domain?

    I am not a USA citizen or not living in USA. My question is can I buy .US domain without an additional processes such as providing any document to the domain registrar ?
    And who is the best domain registrar to buy .US domains without any issues?

    .US domain extension do not have any restriction to register. It open to everyone can register no matter where you from such as TLD domain .
    You can easily register it with price of roughly $7.00/year.

    Thank for conceding this great note. Still i have a doubt. Is .us better than .com, .net? I've seen few sites with .us domain, when compared with .com and .net.

    Anyone can register .us names but I believe the rules are still that you are meant to be a US resident to register it.
