Please I want to be really sure if I can promote affiliate products on squidoo. Anybody using squidoo and promoting affiliate products from clickbank?
Sure you can mate. Just have a look at their "shitlist" first, some affiliate products are not allowed to be promoted on the squid.

As far as you don't just spam them with affiliate links they will accept anything. Write a couple of articles, build a nice Squidoo lense and place your affiliate links. It's probably a good idea to cloak your affiliate links just to stay on the safe side
squidoo is a great tool for affiliate marketing. you just have to write interesting articles that will benefit your target readers. also squidoo ranks highly on SE's so your lens could come up for popular search terms as long as you target specific keywords.
You can put the affiliate links in a Squidoo lens if you want, but you're better off just building up your own landing page on a self-hosted domain. Squidoo and some of the other free blogging platforms have been cracking down on a lot of lenses and blogs recently and you don't want to put all this work into building up a lens only to have it get locked on you. I still use Squidoo and all these sites myself, but I use them for a backlink to my own domain. That way, even if it gets shut down, all I lose is a backlink and not my income.
