    hi

i don't think you can put your clickbank and competitor (amazon) links on the same page or email according to clickbank. emailing itself does not sound like a problem but its best to ask them just in case there are any spamming issues to be aware of

Dont promote through Email......... It will violate terms and conditions...........

Better try by promoting through Facebook Advertising..... Facebook advertising works better for affiliate programs

Some of the biggest CB affiliates make their money from big email lists. You just need to make sure that the people on your email list opted in to receive emails from you.

If you use Aweber which is $1 first month and 20 bucks a month after. You can get people to opt in to your email list. So they voluntary sign up for your emails. And you can get up to 500 people I believe.

I dont see a problem with that, people have been doing that for a long time even after CB new TOS.

You can promote products through email, if you have your own email list of niche interested people. Don't do spamming by sending hundreds of email to the people which are not known by you.

I was about to say "sure, go ahead".

But thanks to you guys, I now know that you can't promote a clickbank affiliate link in emails!

But seriously, I see some gurus do that all the time when I receive their emails.

I didn't know this - I thought you could promote this way but then maybe I am wrong.

Yes you can promote by email, but they need to have opted in first. A cheap and easy way to get this is to get an inexpensive 1-2 sentence ad in a newspaper or magazine classified with your URL or email address to opt-in at. Off-line marketing is great because people that read newspapers are less accustomed to computers and have seen less of your competitors pitches. When you get a list, make sure to write it 2-3 times a day with your offer.
