Can i promote my blog with facebook, other blogs n message forum to increase traffic

Can i promote my blog with other blogs , message boards and facebook to increase traffic.

do google adsence have any problem with it

before applying for approval i want to clear all these things.

 

As far I knowthe traffic source is not a problem with adsence

 

i have 40 articles on my site with 1000 visitors daily. i m updating my blog daily. I applies 2 times before but rejected. now i have improved the contents and design and got lot traffic on it. can i apply for google adsence now.

 

I think 40 is not a problem and traffic also good. get other ideas also.
