You should be able to if they say you can drive web traffic. A lot only take traffic from the U.S. though
david222 Yes you can promote cpa offers in any website. It will just depend on the network whether they will accept your traffic or not. But most will, if your blog is getting traffic and clicks are from the countries they accept then yes you can absolutely use your blog, best of all it will be organic unpaid traffic you are converting. The best way to get accepted is to make them believe you are legitimate and you will bring in money. Because if you make money = they make money

Yep - there is no prob using you blog (as long as it isn't using anything shady - ie. blackhat, cookie stuffing, etc).. Also if you really want to join primary ads, give them a call - normally it just takes a phonecall to get accepted to networks
