    Well, If you pm them to argue / cry about infractions, they won't be to happy

    But - If you have a valid reason to contact them, I am sure that will be ok

    GO ahead and PM except for these reasons:

    1. Infraction
    2. Reputation(If there's abuse, you can)
    3. Anything non related to forum and its administration/moderation.

    Again, for ANY TYPE of abuse, just go ahead and PM...
