    Arnica,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I have placed the code on the PHP site and pointed the link to the ASP.net site?

However, I am receiving the error msg when I try to Validate the code:

    Ads not found on http://www.site.com/
    &
Account not not yet activated. | Site failed automatic validation as of 2004-12-16 (make sure URL and site type is correct - if everything is correct, make a request in the forum for assistance).

Do I need submit the site info for a manual validation?

Yes the ads are visible on the auto site. But I have my "Destination URL" going to another site. (not adult, gambling, drugs sites)

p.s. I tried to place the url but "Live links and signatures are not available until you have 10 total posts"

I don't understand what you mean by the "destination" url. There is no destination url unless you mean for your ads!

If you have two sites than set-up a seperate account for each one. You can bind them later to make admin easier.
