Hello, I have made a badge to attract some inbound links towards my site (cheap, I know). However, I don't really know where to place it on my own site, since I don;t want to remove the well-performing adsense ads on the right side. So what I did, was place the badge above the ad unit. However, is this allowed? It's not an arrow or anything and it's really not made to attract attention to the ads... Still, I'd like to be 100% compliatnt with google's policies. The intent of the image does not look like it is designed/placed to entice clicks. I think you are ok.
I think it has little gap and fine too . But if you can add little border to it than you will not face any problem . Its better to use safety point .
I think it is fine. There is nothing wrong unless the photo is misleading. Your badge is not misleading.
