    Hello.

I've read AdSense guidance and did not saw any restrictions about noindex pages for ad placement.

AM i right? I can add AdSense code to pages that have "noindex" in robots?

    - It’s important for sites displaying Google ads to offer significant value to the user. As a publisher, you must provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.
    - Don’t place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content.
    - Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they’re seeking.

    These are the Main Rules

I would try to answer your question with my limited knowledge. Here are my thoughts:
    1. NoIndex have no direct relation with Adsense.
      Reason:
As long as the page stay 'accessible' for Adsense bots crawler, there would be no problem at all.
    2. Why NoIndex have no direct relation with Adsense?
Many webmaster prefer to 'NoIndex' pages to prevent it from appearing in Search Engine. Just remember, not all pages with 'NoIndex' meta tags are useless. The decision to 'NoIndex' pages depend on each webmaster.
I do prefer to NoIndex pages which is 'old' even if it is 'very useful'. Why? Because I prefer to create New version of that pages which has more updated information (old pages would be used as references).
    3. I do recommend not to place ads (Google ads/others) on 'NoIndex' pages, IF that pages have low 'useful content'.
    4. The only problem is when you block 'Google Adsense bots' from crawling your site by using 'robots.txt
If you block the bots, There would be no way to get the content of your pages. It mean the ads would be 'not relevant' and maybe 'disappear'. You will get notification in your adsense dashboard interface when this problem happen.
    5. 'NoIndex' mean Google Adsense Bots' is still allowed to crawl the pages. It means Adsense would be able to get the content and put relevant ads based on the topic.
Please understand I am not an expert when it come to Adsense. All my answer above are purely my thoughts on how advertising works. I recommend you to head over into 'Adsense Forum' and get real answer from the expert.
