    You cannot.

    1. Because it is warez-ish. Just because it isn't truly warez doesn't mean google won't ban you for warez. They have their own definition.

    2. It is a search engine related interface.

    I would suggest reading the TOS throughly. It may take a couple hours, but highly beneficial. Very worthwhile. Never take risks with big G. Just email them when you have similar questions. They can help you in a very clear manner.
