Can I place adsense on placeholder page?

    I have few domains, but I will start them later. Till starting I have "placeholder" page with adsense (example http://www.freednshost.net).

    Is it allowed to put adsense on that type of page or I'm doing fraud?

    you cannot place adsense on a page without any content or on a 404 page
