Can I place adsense code and over & cover my own content

I know I cannot make my content over and cover adsense banners.

My question is: if I palce the adsense code over and cover my content, will it ok for google?

example: if I place adsense inside this code, it will cover whatever display on the page below

No, you shouldn't do that. It could be seen as an attempt to force people to click an ad in an attempt to cover the content and get you banned. Float the content around the ad block.

 

Just ask yourself, WHY do you want to do this?
