Can I place ads on this site..?

I got an offer from someone to buy his site.. I see the stat is very good to generate an income.. The owner for this site previously had place ads code but the account now disable..

So, If I use my ads code can this rise a flag? Can I got disable?

No.. It just fine.. the disable issue is not related with the site..

 

sometimes they will ban a site if they don't want any code on the site when they disable someones account,even if that site is not the reason.

if no ad is shown,the site is banned.

you can put adsense on the site if it's not banned,but it wouldn't hurt if you email them, just in case it does pull up a red flag.

 

If you are uncertain just contact Google and have them review the site first
