Can I place a redirect code on a Blogger blog?

I want to put a redirect code on a Blogger blog. But Im' not sure where to place it.Can somebody help me?

 

Might depend on the type of code. basic html should be ok. Perhaps visit beta bloggers for some html hacks and coding ideas. It's a site I learn from for code editing and modifying my blogger blog (in my signature below)
