Can i unverified pay pal account to any other pay pal account?. and let me know How secure 2co for payment method. How Much time it take to withdraw payment in India.

Definitely You can Send funds from Unverified Paypal Account to Other Paypal Accounts .
But theres a Sending Limit of 100$ i.e. once you are done with sending 100$ you need to get your account Verified to lift the limit and again to send the funds .
Regarding the Withdrawal .. You can withdraw a Minimum of 150$ < -5$ for Currency Conversion > .. and theres a 500$ Withdrawal Limit for Unverified Accounts i.e. you can withdraw a max of 500$ per month from an Unverified Account .

woh! thats good for me It means i can buy from this money. I can use it only one time 100$ not more then it one time. and I dont get still payment check i withdraw it last month. whats up?

 

You can pay as many time as you wish untill your total spending reaches to $100 ( or whatever the limit in your country)

Normally takes 7 days to 45 days to reach at my mailbox.

Yes, 2checkout account can accept payments from credit card .2checkout signup fee is 49$ whereas paypal is free.
