You could do some searches on the term "duplicate content penalty" and you will probably find a lot of information on the subject. This is something that has been discussed frequently over the last year. The general concession is that the "penalty", as conceived by the majority, is completely false.

What most people referred to as "duplicate content" is more accurately described as syndicated content (which is what you are referring to), and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

article marketing will give natural backlink to your site.....but it is better if you can publish your unique article rather than use duplicate article.....
