Can I Opened Paypal account with U.S Bank Account

    Hello dp members,

    I m living in Pakistan and unfortunately paypal doesn't add their service. My Uncle is in U.S and he said me that he will opened Paypal account with U.S bank account.

    I want to ask that If I access paypal in Pakistan:

    1. Then the paypal will limit the account or they will run my account for lifetime forever?

    2. I want to know that If my Paypal account limited then I submit the documents then they will reopened the account or not?

    3. I want to know that it is against there policies and I will only withdraw in U.S bank also?

    Its very risky

    My opinion is not to it .. ask any trusted US guy to open instead and u try to operate thru remote desktop with a static ip

    You cannot use paypal..Why not use another payment method?

    If you are bound to use paypal, then get a VPN account with static ip, and use your uncle's paypal a/c , if they detect an ip change then they might limit your account, so be careful while logging in.

    But in their policies they are written that they do not limited U.S paypal account verified with U.S bank account
