    You can use diferent name and address for signing up again to the adsense program. Shouldnt be a problem at all

    Just think like a computer program and how it performs pattern recognition based on any piece of data that can uniquely identify you. Google doesn't have enough human employees to process all these identity matching stuffs.

    Which brings me to the point: Why can't Google just give everbody else a SECOND CHANCE to repent for their Google sins? Everyone makes mistakes. But of course, getting banned 3 times in a row for the same offense no longer warrants clemency. I think most people here who are seeking readmission to Adsense, are simply 'first-time' offenders.

    Google practicing an iron-fist policy on this matter, will only earn them bad karma. :D
