Can I open Premier Paypal Account while my Personal Account is blocked by Paypal?

    My personal account is blocked by paypal still can I open a Premier account?:eek:

    I linked accounts of father & mother with my credit card. And then they blocked all the accounts stating that I have multiple Paypal accounts which is against their policy.

    Hi,
    You can still open the premium account with Paypal.

    And you can mail them about this problem , that you are not using multiple accounts .

    They will definitely rectify the problem.

    From my experience, you can only have one Paypal account (Personal or Premium) in your life time. Should your account get blocked, you could NOT apply for another one.

    However, this limitation does not apply to business account type.
