    If you're advertising a service, then no you may not. That's a discussion area and not for advertising. If it's an ad, it can go in the buy / sell / trade area (probably the domains forum there, but it would depend on what exactly you're offering). If it's just a discussion thread about domain parking, then it can go in the forum you mentioned.

    If you mention "domain parking discussion" in that folder description that will be much helpful for visitors. No need to ask in this folder. BTW my thread was about discussion and I already started it.
