I think you can't open an account in US or UK if you are not a citizen of it since opening an account in bank requires many different types of proofs.
And the most important of different proofs they ask is residential proof and the your US or UK citizen proof.

So as per my experience i don't think it would be possible to get an account without being citizen of that country.

Ideally... it is not possible to open such an account but then, I have known people who did manage to open one... for them, of course through other unknown ways! However... I am not sure how long they were able to hold on to it!

    Regards,

There's generally a way to do everything. Unfortunately, I can't think of a way that you could do what you want legally.

Ideally, it is not possible to open a bank account in US or UK if you are not a citizen or resident of these countries. But many people / companies offer (you will find if you google) opening up these accounts which involves the risk of loosing money.

I googled about it and found few people are selling US bank account opening service. They say it is done legally and you need to submit required documents.

You can open an account in the U.S. if you are not a citizen but you have to be in the country and have a valid visa.
