Can i open a Paypal account on an International Account

    if i have a international account say in UK (i dont live in Uk) CAN I OPEN A PAYPAL Account on that?

    Addition to your local bank account, PayPal allows you to add a US bank account. You cannot add UK account if your country is not UK.

    Of course NOT! Paypal requires you to open an account based on the country you are from, ie you are supposed to provide only real information when you sign up. If they allow you to sign up as if from any country you choose then the whole idea about supported and non-supported countries does not make sense anymore.
